story - 4 bdrm, 2.5 bath. (4 yrs. old in like new condition) The plan is
ideal for a home office and/or for homeschooling. It is about 2,200 sq ft.
It has a master suite with an electric fireplace but also has a 4th bdrm
that is extra large. It has a parlor or office on the first floor and a
daylight unfinished basement so there are lots of options for schooling & an
office depending on how many children are in the family. It has a 3 car
garage which is also extra large and has a workshop area.
The previous tenants added beautiful additions to the landscaping. It has a nice curb appeal. The house is all electric so utilities are very inexpensive. We are asking $1500 a mth for a 2 yr. lease. This is well below the mortgage price but we want to get it leased as the previous tenants have moved out. We are open to selling it at the end of the two years if someone is interested. We would like the opportunity to provide an owner finance at that time if we can match or surpass the current interest rate.
